QUESPERIA is designed for reading and trying ideas without an account. This notice explains the website’s current features and separates them from external services.
Effective
No account or email collection forms
This website has no newsletter, registration, login or email collection form. Articles, guides, labs and RSS do not require a QUESPERIA account. There is no application database of visitors.
Search and interactive examples
Search terms, calculator values and checklist selections are processed in the page without being sent or saved by this application. The cart example simulates a cookie and shop record in memory; it does not create a real cart cookie or delete data from another service.
Cookies and site resources
The website application does not set cookies or use local storage, session storage, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts, illustrations and icons are served with the site. These statements describe our application; they do not describe data handling by a hosting provider or a player you choose to load.
YouTube and other external services
Episode pages show a local poster until you choose “Load YouTube player”. That action loads a youtube-nocookie.com player and connects to YouTube, which can receive technical request data, including your IP address and this site’s origin. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean no data is processed. You can instead follow the direct YouTube link. Ordinary external links suppress the referrer; the player uses the site origin for client identification. Google’s own privacy policy applies to its service.
RSS and printing
RSS requires no registration with QUESPERIA. Your chosen reader may request the feed from the hosting server and has its own data practices. Printing and PDF saving use your browser’s features; this site does not upload your checklist selections or a generated PDF.
Our logging policy
Our operating policy is no additional visitor analytics, no routine storage of Workers Logs, and no storage or external export of custom access logs by QUESPERIA. This is separate from Cloudflare’s processing to deliver and protect the website.
Cloudflare hosting and security
Cloudflare Workers Static Assets is the hosting service selected for this website. Requests for pages, images and RSS feeds can involve IP addresses and traffic data. Cloudflare processes data to deliver and protect its services and may retain platform records and statistics. Disabling our application logs does not disable all processing or retention by Cloudflare.
Inquiry email
Email to hello@quesperia.com is received through Proton Mail. We use your email address, message and any attachments only to respond to inquiries, verify facts and address corrections, and handle privacy requests. Sending email can share personal information even though this website has no collection form. Proton processes email under its own privacy policies, including technical email metadata.
Email retention and access
We normally retain inquiry correspondence for six months after an inquiry is resolved, then delete it from the mailbox and any copies we control. Access within QUESPERIA is restricted to the project administrator. This retention policy does not set the retention periods for providers’ technical records or backups.
Requests and changes
Use the contact below for sponsorship inquiries, corrections and questions about personal information, including access to, correction of or deletion of information you have shared with QUESPERIA. We respond to privacy requests and provide legally required operator information and request procedures without undue delay, in accordance with applicable law. We may request only information needed to verify a request and protect the information concerned. Before adding advertising, analytics, affiliate tracking or another integration, we will review its data handling and update this notice as appropriate.
